A NOTE ABOUT MY SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE

You might expect someone with over a decade of experience in professional social media management to have a polished and present personal brand online. In that case: apologies. Allow me to temper your expectations. As it says in my X bio, I’m frequently “not here.”

As a social media manager, I’m all about content strategy and brand management. As a social media user (and generally private human being), I’m concerned with finding the content I like; I rarely post. I don’t use social media primarily to share, but to connect and consume. At this point in my life, I have become quite protective of my freedom to use social media how and when I want—a freedom I also hope to recognize in the audiences I communicate with professionally.
